Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery 2–3 business days
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. EarthlieTreasures is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at earthlietreasure@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
