Returns & Exchanges
At EarthlieTreasures, your satisfaction matters to us! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at earthlietreasure@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at earthlietreasure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on where to ship the item.
